Contributions for the 2022 Collective Bargaining Discussion in Mendoza: Healthcare Sector

In this report, we aim to provide relevant information for the collective bargaining negotiations currently taking place in the Province of Mendoza. To do so, we will begin by comparing the salary evolution of permanent healthcare workers under Regime 27 with the price increases over the past two years. Secondly, we will examine how the value of on-call contracts has evolved over the past three years in relation to the salaries of provincial permanent workers and those in the public and private sectors at the national level. Finally, we will conclude with an analysis of the provincial financial situation to assess the government’s payment capacity to reverse the salary losses of recent years.
